Bridge Repairs to Temporarily Close Harvest Road in McLeansville Friday, May 02, 2014

RALEIGH — Weather permitting, N.C. Department of Transportation crews will begin making repairs next week to the bridge carrying Harvest Road over Buffalo Creek in Guilford County.

On Monday, May 5, Harvest Road will be closed near McLeansville Road and will remain closed until repairs are completed. The road is expected to reopen by Sunday, May 23.

During the closure, motorists will use Dicks Mill Road and Huffine Mill Road as the signed detour route. NCDOT encourages motorists to pay attention, obey the posted speed limit, and allow extra time to reach their destinations safely.
