This week’s “NCDOT Now” includes:
• Drivers traveling through Johnston County on I-40 will now be more comfortable when they stop at the rest areas in Benson. See the renovations crews made during a nine-month closure to improve your experience.
• Plus, the 2014 ferry schedule is out. We’ll explain how small changes will add up to big savings for the Ferry Division.
• And, No-Fee Voter ID at the DMV. In response to a new state law, North Carolinians who don’t have a valid photo ID for the 2016 election can now get one at no cost at their local driver license office.
