This week on “NCDOT Now”: Gov. McCrory declares a state of emergency for a section of N.C. 12 often threatened by Mother Nature, NCDMV will start issuing driver licenses Monday for applicants who qualify under the DACA program, and NCDOT opens the bids for the I-40/440 Rebuild Project in Wake County.
