NCDOT to Repair Bridge on N.C. 86/S. Churton St. in Hillsborough Friday, November 16, 2012

RALEIGH — The N.C. Department of Transportation will perform bridge deck repairs on the N.C. 86/S. Churton Street bridge over the Eno River in Hillsborough beginning at 10 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 17, weather permitting.  Work will continue through the night and end Sunday evening.  The bridge is located just south of Margaret Lane. 

Traffic will be maintained in a one-lane, one-way pattern. Traffic flaggers will be on hand to direct traffic across the bridge.

Motorists can expect delays and should allow extra travel time to reach their destination.  NCDOT reminds motorists to watch signs for construction information, stay alert and obey the posted speed limit.
