RALEIGH – The N.C. Department of Transportation will
close the right lane on Interstate 77 South in Mooresville, as well as close
the Exit 36 (N.C. 150) ramp onto I-77 South, this weekend as part of the Brawley
School Road widening project.
NCDOT will close the right lane on I-77 South near Exit 36
at 8 p.m. on Friday, Aug. 24. At 10 p.m., the ramp from N.C. 150 onto I-77
South will be closed. These closures will continue until Monday, Aug. 27, at 6
a.m. The ramps will tie into a new third travel lane on I-77 South between
exits 36 and 35.
