This week on “NCDOT Now”: The “Click It or Ticket” campaign gets under way, Gov. Bev Perdue honors two NCDOT employees for saving their co-worker’s life, the Global TransPark is recognized as a top aviation cluster, and the department names a Buncombe County bridge for Justice Harry C. Martin.
