NCDOT Will Temporarily Close N.C. 200 In Union County For Bridge Replacement Work Tuesday, July 01, 2014

 

CHARLOTTE – Weather permitting, the N.C. Department of Transportation will temporarily close a section of N.C. 200 between New Salem Road and Old Camden Road south of Unionville at 9 a.m. Monday, July 7. The road will remain closed through mid-October while crews replace the existing bridge over Chinkapin Creek.

 

Motorists will be detoured around the closure along N.C. 200, Old Camden Road and New Salem Road.

 

NCDOT reminds motorists to watch signs for construction information, stay alert and obey the posted speed limit.
