The DOT Help Desk will now only accept directory requests from Personnel Techs for each section. Please have the employees operating in these positions to submit the directory requests moving forward.

The following information is required in order to request changes or updates to the online telephone directory:

  • Employee(s) full name
  • Link to page that needs to be updated
  • Attachment with detailed screenshot(s) of updates

    Directory updates are done on a first come, first serve basis and each request will be followed up with a ticket number.
